Refunds and Exchanges
| If the goods are faulty a full refund will be given. | |||
| If you change your mind about a purchase, then at our discretion it may be possible to offer an exchange within the exhibition period. | |||
| If you are buying a gift for someone else and you are not sure of their size or preference, please tell us at the time of purchase - we may be able to offer advice on the correct size, highlight the options and offer to exchange it for something else if the gift wasn't exactly right. | |||
